The Official Rapido Events Resale Platform
The Rapido Events Resale Platform is the only platform for 100% safely and secured buying a ticket or selling a ticket.
You can already supply your ticket confirmation just in the case the actual ticket has not been released.
The Resale Platform is to securely and safely transfer your tickets just in case you can’t make it to the event.
Once sold the original ticket is not valid anymore, and as result will not be recognized during the scanning procedure at the event. The – new – buyer will receive a new unique barcoded ticket.
Reselling tickets is only allowed in the situation you just can’t make it to the event; reselling tickets with the purpose to make profit is in violation of our terms & conditions with are registered by Rapido Events B.V. at the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce. This also applies for reselling tickets on other platforms like TicketSwap.
To Sell a Ticket :
- You can sell your tickets at 80% – 100% from the ticket sum (which is the value from your order excluding service & handling costs).
- The service & handling costs from your initial order can’t be reimbursed.
- In the email confirmation which you received you will find the button : “MANAGE ORDER” ; follow the instructions via “MORE ACTION” and “RESALE.
- Alternatively you can just follow the instructions via the red “RESELL A TICKET” button in the top panel from the Resale Platform Website.
- Your Resale Account is automatically set-up ; you only need to set your password.
- You can always withdraw the ticket from the platform; if it is not yet sold.
- If your ticket got sold you will receive automatically an email confirmation.
To Purchase a Ticket :
- Select your ticket and add to the shopping cart
- You need to set up a Resale Account; just click on “REGISTER”
- The service & handling reselling costs from the new purchase are 8% and are charged to the purchaser.
- If no tickets are yet available you can supply a “Ticket Warning” message.
